The Ag-Urban Leadership Initiative seeks out candidates from
agricultural and urban sectors who recognize that communities, families,
and businesses throughout Iowa will benefit from developing leaders
who |

understand the complex issues
surrounding agriculture’s economic, agronomic, and environmental
performance, |
|
|
|
|
|
• |
comprehend the challenges
and opportunities of Iowa’s changing urban business and cultural
landscape, AND |
|
|
|
|
|
• |
have worked together to build
skills and relationships that produce solutions. |
